Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, service address and whatever you tell us about your chimney. The site does not ask for payment details and never will.

Why we collect it

To answer you, to confirm an appointment, and to keep a service history for your chimney so next year’s visit starts from what this year’s found.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to lead brokers. We do not add you to a marketing list because you asked a question.

Text messages

We only text you if you ticked the consent box, and only about your own appointment. Reply STOP at any time and it ends. See our terms and SMS consent page.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.

Asking us to delete it

Email or call and we will remove your details. There is no form to fill in and no retention argument.
